Hotel Rooms

The hotel has 15 en-suite rooms, all with a flat screen TV, tea & coffee making facilities and hairdryer. 

We have a variety of rooms including our beautiful honeymoon suite featuring a four poster bed and roll top bath. Perfect for honeymoon or romantic breaks.

Our spacious family suite sleeps up to 5 people and has it's own lounge area.

Please note: The Hotel is over 200 years old and located in a town centre. The building is grade 2 listed and also located in a conservation area. The windows are secondary glazed at the front of the hotel, but due to our location you may experience some outside noise especially over weekends.

On Friday & Saturday nights we have live music/Disco until late. Rooms located over the coach bar are affected by noise.

Please ask for a quiet room when booking and we will do our best to allocate one.

Each of our bedrooms at Tyacks Hotel are equipped with the following:

“We made a last minute booking for three double rooms (2 nights) in order for us to attend a close family funeral. The staff were so obliging and could not do enough for us. Their helpful attitudes and smiling faces made our stay at this sad time so much more bearable. We were given the last three rooms including the bridal suite, the family suite room 2 and the quiet room 11. Breakfast, resaurant/bar meals were superb and services could not be faulted.”

Excellent breakfast, even the smaller cooked breakfast is more than enough to set you up for the day! Ate in the restaurant both evenings and would recommend it, excellent range of choices and food was delicious both nights with prompt service in a quiet relaxed atmosphere.”
